  • Kennedy Events is a global event company with headquarters in San Francisco, California. We go where our clients go.

  • We like to say it’s never too early to start planning your event. Keep in mind that the closer to the event date you begin the planning process, the more decisions you will need to make within a limited time frame. Ideally, we recommend you start the planning process 6 months prior to your event, but we’ve been known to work at supersonic speed.

  • That depends on your goal. And that’s what our discovery phase is all about. It’s vital to design your event around your goals, so by exploring what is most important to you and your audience, your budget becomes a reflection of what parts of the event are most critical to you. At Kennedy Events, our event production fee starts at $40,000 and goes up from there depending on the scope of work. We typically work on large events with total budgets of $250k and up.
