Determine your event goals
We start with your goals in mind and then work backward so we can make sure every single element of your event helps you achieve your objectives. Getting your goals nailed down will help us design an event that gives you a great ROI.
Estimate your attendee count
The number of attendees impacts everything from your venue to your program style. With an attendee count, we can start zeroing in on the best options to make your event a success.
Set a budget range
A range will help us consult you about options that fit your budget. We know what you’re thinking: Can’t I get a rough estimate to start? Unfortunately not. Every event we produce is one-of-a-kind, and every budget includes multiple factors. Once we have enough information to develop a proposal, we will provide a solid quote.
Pick some dates
The more lead time you factor in, the better. Your target audience, preferred vendors, and choice venues are booking faster than ever–and so are we. Currently, we need a minimum of 4-6 months to plan an event.

With such a unique waterfront space and a lively crowd, there are so many details to share about the SPARK Conference at Pier 27 in San Francisco, Calif.
