Toasting Together: Host a Virtual Holiday Party That Your Team Will Never Forget

As we like to remind ourselves every year, there is no such thing as planning too early for the holiday season. So, how do you get through another season of uncertainty? One sure-fire way is to plan for a virtual celebration. With in-person events continuing to be in question, you can still bring people together in a shared virtual experience to ring in the holiday season; not to mention satellite offices and team members that you want to include in the festivities.

Elevating the Virtual Party Experience

More than a year into our virtual expansion, Kennedy Events is excited to present the return of our tried-and-tested Toasting Together Virtual Party Package—a custom branded and interactive party experience that provides the space you need to gather together virtually. With over 300 hours in development and practice, not to mention countless delighted attendees from around the world, our Toasting Together package provides a fail-safe, engaging, and compelling experience for celebrating with your team. We’ve elevated the ho-hum virtual event experience with creativity, problem-solving, and, of course, a dash of delight!

We’ve got our finger on the pulse of what works; taking the guesswork off your plate. The KE Team has both honed what works and expanded what will keep things fresh, to incentivize participation and ensure the event doesn’t feel like an afterthought. We even transformed one well-known Bay Area software company’s annual talent show online by incorporating music overlap, idol slides, and b-roll; all with a 1920s speakeasy theme. The sky is truly the limit!

The Holiday Party Package

Each Toasting Together event is designed as an exclusive and unique experience, customized to your company culture. Prior to the event, each member of your team will receive a branded package delivered to their doorstep, including items that you’ve selected like a cocktail kit, an elevated snack box, an activity kit, maybe even a few holiday gifts. From ingredients for signature cocktails to props for a virtual photo booth, the contents of each box works in conjunction with your event and the activities you’ve selected to elevate attendee engagement.

The Toasting Together Virtual Party Package is available in three tiers, all of which are sure to make for an incredible celebration: Party!, Soiree!, and Bash!

Imagine you’re a guest at your company’s virtual holiday party. Two days ago, you received a delightful box that included a cocktail kit along with a silver cocktail shaker featuring the company logo. Maybe you were wondering what the kids would get up to while you spent time celebrating with your colleagues, but of course, the company thought of everything and sent a fun, hands-on activity just for them. As party time approaches, you log in to the festive event page of a custom web portal and follow the easy instructions to join the group as your screen fills with happy faces—dressed to the nines—all ready to celebrate the holidays together!

While our base package includes mixology, a gaming experience, and a photo booth, we also offer countless add-ons that incorporate new levels of ingenuity based on your needs. For example, a cookie-decorating class turned one corporate party into a family affair and we’ve also been delighted—and amazed—by the success of our virtual illusionist. We’ve even incorporated a children’s entertainer so that attendees could enjoy the event without distractions and their kids could take part in the fun too.

Necessity is the Mother of Invention

Toasting Together was born out of the recognition of the collective need for connection. After years of experience uniting organizations through bespoke, shared experiences, we’ve seen first-hand the value of investing in these internal events. In these tumultuous times, team loyalty, positivity, closeness, and connectedness are invaluable for an organization intent on preventing turnover and retaining talent. Don’t take a pass on this year’s celebration. Let us help you raise a glass to your colleagues, employees, and friends so they feel celebrated after a demanding year.
